INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Pea Flower Gin

(Empress, Luna Bloom)

1 oz lemon juice

3/4 oz hibiscus simple syrup

prosecco or gingerbeer topper

lemon twist


INSTRUCTIONS

To make the simple syrup: In a small saucepan bring 1/4 cup water to a boil, add hibiscus to steep for 10 min. Add 1/4 cup sugar, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool.


Cocktail Method:

Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and water over ice. Stir lightly. Strain into a coupe or flute. Top with prosecco or gingerbeer & garnish with a lemon twist and/or lavender sprig.
